Logical Getaways does not require or intend to collect payment-card credentials for third-party travel bookings.

Please do not submit sensitive payment information, such as credit or debit card numbers, through our website inquiry forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not use personal information submitted for trip planning to independently market or sell third-party travel products to you.

You may provide information about other people traveling with you as part of the planning process.

Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for trip planning and that you are authorized to share with Logical Getaways. By providing another traveler’s information, you represent that you have authority to provide it for the planning engagement or have otherwise directed that traveler to provide the information directly.

Where appropriate, Logical Getaways may request information directly from individual travelers rather than through the Primary Traveler.

4. Google Services and Third-Party Platforms

Logical Getaways uses third-party services to operate portions of our business and provide planning services. These may include Google services/tools, as well as payment processors, scheduling, communications, document-management, analytics, and other service providers used for legitimate business operations. These providers may process personal information on our behalf or under their own terms, depending on the service. 

Information submitted through or stored using a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's privacy practices and terms.

Logical Getaways is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services you choose to access.

5. Travel Providers and External Links

During the planning process, we may provide links or information related to airlines, hotels, restaurants, tour operators, transportation providers, ticketing platforms, or other third-party travel services.

When you visit or transact with those providers, their privacy policies and terms apply. Logical Getaways does not control how those independent providers collect or use your information.

6. Payment Information

Logical Getaways does not collect, store, or enter traveler payment-card credentials for third-party travel reservations. Travelers should not send payment-card credentials to Logical Getaways by email, website form, text message, or other ordinary communication channel.

When a third-party travel reservation requires payment, a deposit, payment guarantee, or payment credentials, the traveler is responsible for completing the transactions directly with the applicable provider or authorized booking or payment platform. Information provided directly to that third party is governed by the third party’s privacy and security practices.

Payment information associated with fees paid directly to Logical Getaways may be processed by the payment service provider we use and is subject to that provider's privacy and security practices.

7. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, considering the nature of the information and our business operations.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email or website forms unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure method.

Logical Getaways provides trip-planning services to adults and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the website or solicit inquiries directly from children. The website and inquiry process are not directed to children. 

A parent, guardian, or authorized adult may provide information about minors when reasonably necessary to plan travel involving those minors. Logical Getaways will use such information for the planning engagement and related business purposes described in this Policy.
