Welcome to Logical Getaways. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Logical Getaways website, forms, information, and other publicly available website content.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Logical Getaways

Logical Getaways provides fee-based trip-planning and consulting services designed to help travelers organize and plan their trips. Logical Getaways is not itself an airline, hotel, tour operator, transportation provider, or other travel supplier. 

Information provided on this website is intended to explain our services and planning approach. Submission of an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate Logical Getaways to provide services.

A planning engagement begins only after the applicable Client Service Agreement has been accepted and any required initial planning payment has been received.

2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information on this website. However, website content may be updated, changed, or removed at any time.

General information appearing on the website should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular service, recommendation, price, destination, accommodation, activity, or other travel arrangement will be available or appropriate for a specific trip.

3. Travel Inquiries and Proposals

Submitting the Logical Getaways inquiry form is a request for us to review your potential trip.

Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of the trip for planning services.

If we determine that the trip may be a suitable fit, we may provide additional information or a personalized planning proposal describing the recommended scope of services, planning fee, and next steps.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, proposals do not constitute confirmed travel reservations.

4. Planning Fees and Client Engagements

Logical Getaways provides fee-based custom trip planning services.

Planning fees vary based on the scope and complexity of the engagement. Any applicable fee, payment schedule, deliverables, responsibilities, revision terms, cancellation provisions, and other engagement-specific conditions will be identified in the applicable proposal and/or Client Service Agreement.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and an executed Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement governs the planning engagement.

5. Travel Reservations and Payments

Logical Getaways provides planning, research, itinerary design, recommendations, booking guidance, and related consulting services as described in the applicable planning engagement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Logical Getaways does not act as a travel supplier or as an agent authorized to bind a traveler or third-party travel provider. 

Travelers are generally responsible for completing third-party bookings that require payment, a deposit, payment guarantee, acceptance of supplier terms, or entry of payment credentials. Logical Getaways does not collect, store, or enter traveler payment-card credentials for third-party travel bookings. 

Any travel purchase or booking creates a relationship directly between the traveler and the applicable third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s prices, availability, cancellation and change policies, refund rules, terms privacy practices, and other conditions. Logical Getaways does not control or guarantee supplier refunds, credits, chargebacks, or other outcomes.

6. Third-Party Travel Providers

Airlines, hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, tour operators, transportation companies, cruise lines, ticketing services, and other travel providers are independent third parties.

Logical Getaways does not own, operate, control, employ, or act as the agent of these providers and does not guarantee their performance, availability, pricing, policies, safety practices, refunds, or services. Recommendations are provided for planning purposes, and travelers remain responsible for deciding whether a provider, activity, or arrangement is appropriate for them.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and planning purposes. Your use of those websites and any transaction you complete with a third party are subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

7. Travel Information and Changes

Travel information can change after it is researched or provided, including prices, schedules, operating hours, entry requirements, transportation availability, reservations, attractions, and provider policies.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing current information, verifying names, dates, prices, restrictions, cancellation and refund terms, and other material booking details before purchase, monitoring supplier communications, and timely completing or reconfirming required traveler actions identified during the planning process.

Clients should refer to their Client Service Agreement for the responsibilities that apply to an active Logical Getaways planning engagement.

8. Passports, Visas, Health and Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess the passports, visas, identification, authorizations, vaccinations or health documentation, and other documents required for their travel.

Information Logical Getaways may provide regarding travel requirements is for planning assistance and should be independently verified with the appropriate government authority, carrier, destination, or other authoritative source before travel.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Logical Getaways name, branding, website content, written materials, graphics, templates, planning frameworks, methodologies, research structure, Blueprint format and design, organizational systems, and other original or proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Logical Getaways and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Website content may be viewed and used for personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, create commercial derivatives from, commercially exploit, remove proprietary notices from, or represent Logical Getaways materials as your own or another planner’s work without prior written permission.

Client-specific rights concerning Travel Blueprints and other deliverables are governed by the applicable Client Service Agreement.

10. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or information, submit knowingly false or misleading information, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website or decline inquiries involving misuse, fraud, harassment, or other inappropriate conduct.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to the Logical Getaways Privacy Policy.

Information submitted through our website or inquiry forms will be handled as described in that policy.

12. Disclaimer

Logical Getaways provides trip-planning, research, organizational, and consulting services. Logical Getaways does not provide the underlying travel products or services and cannot guarantee that any third-party travel arrangement will occur or perform exactly as planned.

Travel inherently involves circumstances outside the control of a travel planner, including weather, transportation disruptions, provider changes, closures, delays, cancellations, government actions, and other unforeseen events.

Engagement-specific responsibilities, limitations, and remedies are governed by the applicable Client Service Agreement.

13. Limitation of Website Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOGICAL GETAWAYS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS WEBSITE, RELIANCE ON GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT, OR THE OPERATION, AVAILABILITY, CONTENT, OR PERFORMANCE OF THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES OR TRAVEL PROVIDERS. THESE WEBSITE TERMS DO NOT ALTER ANY LIABILITY LIMITATION OR REMEDY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN AN APPLICABLE CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT. 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on this website with the applicable “Last Updated” date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute concerning website use is not governed by an executed Client Service Agreement, the parties’ consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state of federal courts located in Fulton, Georgia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
